Free Weekly Mindfulness Workout

This is my last week of teaching this term already!
I really enjoyed meeting all the new and returning students and families, and I’m grateful of being part of their journey whether is was with crochet, mindfulness or a combination!
Thank you so much for having me there!
 
I read this quote somewhere online and I thought it would make a great mindfulness workout.
 
“If you are depressed you are living in the past. If you are anxious, you are residing in the future. If you are at peace, you are awake in the present.” – Lao Tzu
 
So this week try to be mindful of where your mind is going. Are you drifting of in the past, or are you already miles ahead into the future?
And when you notice where you are, you can bring yourself kindly back to the present moment. Because there is plenty to enjoy right here, that you don’t want to miss!
