Free Weekly Mindfulness Workout

Hooray it’s Spring! There’s no denying, so many flowers everywhere!

I have received a bunch of stickers and cards from @mentalhealthfoundationnz and I give them to all my students and hang them around classrooms and public spaces!!
 
I love the stickers with the compliments, as we often forget to say something positive out loud when we notice it! Not only makes it somebody else feel good, it also makes you feel good!
 
So this week, give at least three compliments a day and enjoy!
