In May there will be a morning and evening class starting in Tawa. It’s not too late to join!
In the training you will learn about living a mindful life, being in the here and now and not so much worrying about the past and the future. Being kinder to yourself and creating more joy in your daily life. And most of all, you will practice different kind of concentration practices. You can discover what works for you, when it works for you, and what doesn’t work for you, as you know yourself best!
To help you practice at home you will also get all the Easy Now Mindfulness meditations to put on your i-pod, phone or computer!
