While mindfulness is scientifically proven to reduce stress, anxiety and depression, it is however not suitable or everyone. If you suffer from moderate – severe depression it might not be the right training for you at this time.
My classes/workshops etc are not psychological therapy or interventions, neither are they a replacement for any medical or psychological treatment. I do not practice any psychological individual or group therapy.
