🌷Free Weekly Mindfulness
Good morning! Mindfulness Crochet is already in week 4 this week! And I’m loving it!
I have been walking more since the mindfulness workout of last week, and I’m aiming for more walks this week.
Mindfulness is training your attention to be more focussed on the here and now. It also makes us more aware of our thoughts, that keep popping up, distracting and taking us away from the present.
This week, try to notice where your thoughts are taking you. Just being curious, kind and accepting. Notice when your thoughts keep going over the same old road and cause you to feel in any way unhappy. We have often made a habit of going over the same old thoughts. Once you recognise this, you can naturally let go of these old patterns of thinking.
