Weekly Mindfulness Workout

Good morning on this Wellington Anniversary Day, here is your Weekly Mindfulness Workout:

Your body and brain are connected, and you can use this information to improve your wellbeing in a very easy way. By moving your body into an upright and “proud” position, you will start to feel more confident and others will perceive you as a confident person too. Also if you focus your attention on your mouth, and slowly move your mouth into a smile, you will start to feel more cheerful. Focussing on your body, will also bring your attention into the here and now, away from any worries about the past or future!
So for this week, take a moment each day, to try this out and practice.
