With all my classes up and running and also being busy promoting/marketing next to having the family with a bunch of teens, cats & dog I still find myself indoors too much!
So this week this is my challenge and I hope you’re joining in:
Take at least half an hour a day to go for a brisk walk. And as you’re walking outside make sure you really notice your feet on the ground, your legs moving you forward and your body changing balance with every step you take. Notice your surroundings with all your senses, feel the wind, smell the breeze and look up at the clouds. Zoom in on the greenery and listen to all the sounds around you.
