In May there will be a morning and evening class starting in Tawa. It’s not too late to join!
In the training you will learn about living a mindful life, being in the here and now and not so much worrying about the past and the future. Being kinder to yourself and creating more joy in your daily life. And most of all, you will practice different kind of concentration practices. You can discover what works for you, when it works for you, and what doesn’t work for you, as you know yourself best!
To help you practice at home you will also get all the Easy Now Mindfulness meditations to put on your i-pod, phone or computer!

This is an eight week proper training in Mindfulness, which can really help integrate Mindfulness into your daily life.
If you are anything like me this might sound familiar: I got lots of emails from all sorts of healthy organisations, I usually dont even read them anymore. I have had lots of meditation apps on my phone, never really used them that often. Mindfulness has been on my todo-list for a long time, feeling guilty I never got round to it. If that sounds familiar, an 8 week training might be a good idea!
You can choose if you want to be in the morning or evening class.
