May 7th will be the start of a new Mindfulness Training at the Linden Centre. This will be an 8 week course. There will be a morning training at 10.00-11.30 and an evening training at 19.30-21.00. $125.
In the mindfulness training you will try different kind of concentration practices to discover which works best for you. They are easy, down to earth meditations, short ones and longer ones. And because you know yourself best, you can choose which help you the most in your daily life. You will get information about mindfulness and how to integrate this in your life. The sessions are one and half hour long and although you can share your experiences practising mindfulness with each other, this is not a therapy group.
